Sector

All your hotels,one management platform

GET17 was born in hospitality: its first module shipped in 2017, it was developed with the Hively group from 2018, and it now supports more than 400 properties. Investments, compliance, energy, finance and legal: owners, operators and on-site teams finally work from the same data.

The context

Running a hotel portfoliomeans fighting on every front

A hotel group constantly balances renovation, compliance and profitability across properties with different setups: owned, under management contract, franchised, often under several brands. Property owners, operators and management companies each have their own expectations. Without a shared tool, information ends up scattered across spreadsheets, emails and point solutions.

Your challenges

Hospitalityyour challenges.

CAPEX to prioritize

Every hotel voices its needs; headquarters decides based on thresholds, committees and an FF&E reserve, often without knowing what was actually ordered.

Public-building safety

Fire safety, smoke control, elevators, electrical systems, Legionella: recurring inspections, reports and findings to close out before the fire safety inspection.

Energy that's hard to compare

Hotels of different sizes, shared meters, invoices in several currencies: without a per-occupied-room ratio, there's no telling who is overconsuming.

Owners, operators, brands

Management contracts, franchises, management fees, intercompany rebilling: each party needs to see its share, and only its share.

What GET17 brings

What GET17changes for you.

CAPEX

Governed CAPEX, a tracked FF&E reserve

Requests with quotes and photos, up to 3 pre-approval levels, a decision by the operations director, a CAPEX committee above the group's threshold. Each hotel's FF&E reserve is tracked from allocation to orders, and an approved request becomes a project managed like a construction project.

Preventive maintenance

Life-safety compliance, hotel by hotel

Set up your inspections once per maintenance group, by country: every hotel inherits them. Due dates are calculated, reports centralized, findings tracked until closed, plus a multi-year equipment renewal plan.

Corrective maintenance

Every breakdown reported from the floor

Housekeepers, front desk or technicians report from the mobile app, even offline: issue type, floor, room, photo. The maintenance team is notified, and response and resolution times are measured.

Internal audits

Site visits that lead to action

Audits follow the group's template and are captured on mobile, with photos and voice notes. The PDF report goes to the hotel's management and the operations director in one click; every recommendation is tracked until closed.

Energy

Energy per occupied room

Meters, multi-rate readings, meters shared between hotels, invoices in local currency. Compare your hotels per occupied room, per guest or per unit of revenue, and accrue for upcoming invoices.

Finance

Management fees, debt and cash flow

Revenue, occupancy and GOP imported monthly, management fees calculated on revenue, GOP or as a flat fee, intercompany rebilling, loans by bank and a forward-looking group cash flow.

Scenario

A heat pump to replace, from the hotel to the committee

The request

The general manager files a request to replace the heat pump, with two quotes, photos and the period to avoid: peak season.

The decision

The request clears pre-approval, the operations director assigns its category (CAPEX or FF&E reserve), then the CAPEX committee approves it because it exceeds the group threshold.

The project

Once approved, the request becomes a project: purchase order approved step by step, e-signed and sent to the contractor, invoices and payments tracked.

The oversight

The payment schedule flows into the group cash forecast, and the dashboard compares approved and ordered amounts, hotel by hotel.

Benefits

The benefits,in practice.

A real-time group view

Dashboards you can filter by company, country, operations director or brand, and a 360° record for every hotel.

60% time saved

Thanks to process automation: data entered once feeds every module, from revenue to management fees, from projects to cash flow.

Compliance and traceability

Every inspection, report and decision is dated and can be found in a few clicks.

The right scope for everyone

Permissions by property and by role: the general manager sees their hotel, the operations director their portfolio, headquarters the whole estate.

Frequently asked questions

Hospitalityyour questions.

Can GET17 handle hotels under several brands?

Yes. Each hotel carries its franchisor and brand; CAPEX, project, maintenance and contract analytics can be filtered by brand, country or operations director. Equipment life spans and replacement costs can even vary by brand.

How are hotels under management contracts handled?

The management company is set up as the manager of the relevant hotels, with its leads per area (finance, projects, maintenance, procurement...). They get access to the hotels they manage, and management fees are calculated in the Finance module, on revenue, GOP or as a flat fee.

Can we track each hotel's FF&E reserve?

Yes, when reserve management is enabled: an annual allocation per hotel with prior-year balance carried forward, consumption by requests classified as FF&E reserve, consumption rate and amount available to date. A valuable basis for owner–operator discussions.

How are teams alerted to upcoming inspections?

Due dates are calculated from the last inspection and its frequency; an inspection switches to “Due soon” 7 days before it expires. Checks due within the month, overdue checks and open findings appear in the home-page tasks of hotel managers.

Can we import our operating data?

Yes: rooms sold, occupancy, revenue and GOP can be imported from an annual Excel file or from your property management system's monthly export. GET17 can also be driven from your information system through its API.
