Our story
Born in the field,built with operators.
GET17 grew out of a problem shared by hospitality professionals: running a property portfolio with a patchwork of scattered tools costs time, money and peace of mind.
Where it started
It all startedwith a simple observation.
In a hotel group, the portfolio was managed the way it is almost everywhere: spreadsheets for budgets, email for approvals, standalone software for maintenance, binders for regulatory inspections. Every team did its best, but no one had the big picture.
Rather than add yet another tool, we built the one that was missing: a single platform, designed with the teams who handle works, maintenance, finance, energy and legal every day.
Every module was born from a real need and proved itself in the field before being offered to others. That's still how we work.

The first module: Construction projects
A first tool to track renovation projects: budgets, schedules, orders and subcontractors.
2018
Developed within the Hively group
The group's operational teams build the modules with us, one function after another: CAPEX, maintenance, finance, energy, legal.
2021
A dedicated company
GET17 becomes a company in its own right, bringing together hospitality expertise and technical skills.
2023
Opening up to other professionals
The Sohoma group becomes the first external client. Covivio Hotels follows, rolling out GET17 to manage its CAPEX and FF&E reserve.
