Control and audit trail
Created, Generated, Sent, Posted statuses; amounts locked once sent; manually edited repayments flagged as such; treasury restricted to authorized profiles.
Module
GET17 brings your properties' figures, royalties, intercompany recharges and loans together in a consolidated treasury. What the platform manages flows in automatically; everything else has its own entry screen.

The problem
Features
Rooms sold, occupancy, revenue, GOP and forecast GOP, month by month: annual Excel import or monthly export from your management software, with no duplicates.
Rate on revenue or GOP, per-site flat fee or global flat fee: the allocation is calculated in one click, then invoices are generated and emailed.
A royalty can be split across several companies: each holding automatically issues its consolidated invoice to the company that centralizes billing.
A head-office cost is allocated across properties, line by line or in equal shares. Internal invoices are generated, sent, then marked as posted.
Loans and leases, drawdowns in tranches, amortization schedules calculated or imported from the bank, outstanding principal by bank, consolidated debt, maturity schedule.
Projects, CAPEX, equipment, loans, rents, dividends and taxes converge into one summary that compares projected balances with actual bank balances.
Forecast GOP and estimated project financing: the property summary shows whether GOP covers debt service, simulations included.
Internal or external leases, frequency, automatic annual indexation: monthly amounts are calculated for you and give the net position by property and by company.
Depreciation plans broken down by component, annual charges, accumulated depreciation and net book value, with annual exports for year-end close.

How it works
Each property's operating data comes in monthly and feeds royalties, treasury and analyses.
Royalties are allocated according to the contract setup, generated, then sent to the properties.
Shared costs are allocated, invoiced, sent, then marked as posted.
Each loan tracks its drawdowns and schedule; debt can be read by bank, by company and by property.
The summary projects balances year after year and compares them with actual bank balances.
Summaries exported to Excel, debt charts, a maturity schedule ready for year-end close.

Our approach
In GET17, finance is not a standalone module: spreading from construction and CAPEX projects, loan repayments, rents, equipment due for renewal and dividends approved in the legal module flow in automatically. Fix a figure at its source and the treasury updates.
Companies, properties, bank accounts and shareholders are shared by every module: no double entry between legal, works and finance.
Every summary can be filtered by company, country, property, operations director or manager, and read in euros or in each property's currency.
Royalties and recharges produce PDF invoices, sent to the designated recipients and downloadable at any time, even after posting.
What makes the difference
Created, Generated, Sent, Posted statuses; amounts locked once sent; manually edited repayments flagged as such; treasury restricted to authorized profiles.
Automatic allocations, invoices sent in the background, batch accounting exports: repetitive month-end tasks are automated.
Sage and CEGID export formats, import of bank statements and bank repayment schedules, Excel exports of every summary, REST API.
Debt consolidated by method and ownership percentage, recharges in any currency, treasury in euros or in each property's currency.
Reusable royalty setups, configurable rate and guarantee types, large exports prepared in the background. 100% web, in 6 languages.
Frequently asked questions
From operating data entered or imported monthly for each property. A property with no revenue for the period is flagged in red before generation.
A royalty formalizes a recurring contractual flow based on activity (management or brand fees). A recharge passes a one-off or shared cost from one company on to the others.
Yes, for everything managed in GET17: projects, CAPEX, loans, rents, equipment, approved dividends. Shareholder current accounts, capital changes, corporate tax and dividends handled outside the platform are entered manually.
Yes: the calculated schedule can be replaced by an Excel import of the bank's table. Repayments edited by hand are flagged as such.
Enter estimated financing (amount, term, rate) on the relevant project: its repayments appear as a simulation in the property summary, against GOP.
Royalties and recharges can be exported in Sage and CEGID formats, depending on your setup, and every table can be exported to Excel.
