One meter serves two properties: how do we split it?
Set a percentage allocation key on the meter. Consumption and costs are then split automatically across every analysis, with each property receiving its share.
How are accruals calculated?
Beyond the latest bill, GET17 multiplies consumption (measured, or estimated from the last three years) by the latest billed average unit price. Billed and accrued amounts are shown month by month.
Does GET17 detect billing anomalies?
Reconciliation stays in your hands, with the right tools: the monthly view and comparisons put measured volumes and billed amounts side by side, and a zero month usually points to a missing reading or bill.
Can we avoid entering readings manually?
Yes: a file import loads readings for every meter in the group in one go, matched by meter identifier, and imports from remote-reading platforms are available depending on your setup.
Does the module handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Each meter has its own billing currency, and the exchange rate is locked at the end of the billing period. Consolidated views are shown in your reference currency; consumption tracking can also be displayed in each property's currency.
Why isn't water included in consolidated kWh?
The consolidated figure adds up electricity, gas and heat, all measured in kWh. Cold water, measured in m³, is analyzed separately with its own dashboard.
