Ask instead of search
A plain-language question replaces filters, exports and pivot tables.
Let's talk AI
The GET17 assistant answers your questions from your data and the product documentation. The GET17 MCP server opens that same data to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any compatible assistant. Either way, AI sees what the user is allowed to see, and nothing more.
What AI changes
Your data is already structured in GET17. AI lets you query it the way you'd ask a colleague who knows every file.
A plain-language question replaces filters, exports and pivot tables.
Findings in a PDF inspection report become items to track; quotes and invoices are captured by OCR.
Voice notes recorded during an audit are transcribed, then summarized into the recommendation.
With the MCP server, the assistant your teams already use works directly on your GET17 data.
The GET17 assistant
Available from any page of the application, the GET17 assistant relies on three sources: your records, the calculation engines behind your dashboards, and the GET17 documentation. When the answer isn't there, it says so.
Cash, bank balances, EBITDA and revenue, rents, loans, projects, CAPEX, energy, equipment, work orders, audits, preventive maintenance: the assistant queries the same calculation engines as your dashboards, by period and by scope.
“Compare electricity consumption across my properties over the last 12 months.”
Properties, CAPEX requests, contracts, suppliers, inspections: it finds the records the user can see and links to each one.
“Which CAPEX requests are waiting for a committee decision?”
It answers how-to questions from the GET17 documentation, module by module, and shows where the information comes from.
“How do I freeze a project budget?”
The “Extract findings” action turns a PDF inspection report into findings to close out. “Add by OCR” pre-fills an order's quotes and invoices.
Recordings made on mobile during an audit are transcribed, then summarized into a short, factual comment on the recommendation.
If the answer isn't in its sources, the assistant offers to open a support ticket and shows you the summary before sending it.
Fictional example. Answers are calculated on the signed-in user's scope.
The GET17 MCP server
Do your teams already use Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot? The GET17 MCP server gives them access to your data and selected actions, with the signed-in user's permissions.
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use external tools. GET17 publishes its own: the assistant picks the right tool, GET17 runs the request and returns the result.
Find a site, its company, its team and its key information.
Status, amount, approval stage and committee decision.
Deadlines, overdue inspections and open findings, property by property.
Open, on-hold or closed requests, by area or by equipment.
Cash, energy, CAPEX, audits: the figures behind your dashboards, by period.
Report a fault from the conversation, once the user confirms.
Fictional example. Every call to GET17 runs with the signed-in user's permissions.
It's enabled for your GET17 platform, with the tools you choose to expose.
Register GET17 as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any MCP-compatible client.
The assistant acts on your behalf, with your permissions and your property scope.

Trust and security
AI doesn't bypass anything: it goes through the same controls as the application.
Every question and every action runs under the signed-in user's identity, verified server-side. AI only sees what that user can see.
Figures and lists cover the companies and properties the user can access, and are presented as such.
Data stays in your hosting environment. Only the information needed for a question is sent to the model, at the moment it's asked.
GET17 works with several model providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and AWS. You choose the one that fits your policy.
Conversations are kept in GET17 for the retention period you set, and every action leaves the same trail as a manual entry.
Extracted findings, summarized comments, support tickets or work orders created through MCP: AI suggests, the user reviews and confirms.
Frequently asked questions
The assistant is built into the application: you open it from any page. The MCP server lets an external assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, use GET17 data and actions. Both apply exactly the same access rights.
No. Every request runs under your identity and is limited to your rights and your property scope. If nothing matches within that scope, the AI tells you.
Your data stays in your GET17 hosting environment. To answer, only the information needed for the question is sent to the chosen model provider. That choice is made with you, based on your security policy.
Only through limited, explicit actions, such as creating a work order via the MCP server. They require confirmation, run with your permissions and leave the same trail as a manual entry.
From three sources only: your records, the calculation engines behind your dashboards, and the GET17 documentation. The assistant links to the relevant records and doesn't fill gaps with general knowledge.
No. AI features are enabled as you need them, and GET17 is complete without them.
