Where does supplier verification data come from?
From official legal data, queried with the French company registration number (SIRET). For foreign suppliers or records without a valid identifier, it may be unavailable.
Can we order from the referenced products catalog?
No. It is a reference catalog that shares the group's negotiated prices; orders are placed within construction and CAPEX projects.
What happens if the notice date is missed?
A tacitly renewed contract is extended by one year. That is why the contracts-to-terminate task appears a month ahead, giving you time to act.
How are duplicate suppliers handled?
The merge action moves contacts, orders and documents to the record you keep, then deletes the duplicate.
