GET17 grew out of one simple, concrete need: giving hospitality professionals a tool that matches the complexity of their work.
It all started with an observation shared by hospitality professionals: managing a hotel portfolio relies on a multitude of scattered tools — Excel spreadsheets, emails, isolated industry software — that do not talk to each other.
Keeping track of construction projects, budgets, maintenance and regulatory obligations was becoming a daily headache. An overall view across a whole group was sorely lacking.
What was needed was a solution designed by industry professionals, for industry professionals.

Faced with the need to manage hotel renovation projects, the first GET17 module was born. It made it possible to track budgets, scheduling, orders and subcontractors in a single tool. The proof of concept was there: a specialised industry tool saves teams a considerable amount of time.
The tool developed steadily within Hively, a major player in the hospitality industry. Each module was built in close collaboration with operational teams: CAPEX, maintenance, finance, energy, legal and more. The solution grew in step with real operational needs.
The maturity of the solution and the ambition to make it available to other professionals led to the creation of a dedicated company, combining hospitality expertise with technical know-how. GET17 became an entity in its own right, ready to support the whole sector.
After several years of refinement in real-world conditions, GET17 opened up to new clients. The Sohoma group became the first external client to join GET17, confirming the solution's ability to adapt to different organisations. Covivio Hotels followed shortly after, deploying the platform to manage its CAPEX, FF&E reserve and construction project tracking — first in France, then gradually internationally.
GET17 now supports groups of all sizes, in France and internationally. The solution keeps evolving alongside its users, true to its DNA: a tool designed by people who know the industry from the inside, for people who know it too.
